An Old Story I'll tell you an old story Of two people worthy Of love through destiny But doomed to live seperately. Once, long ago, they vowed When the sun would rise through clouds To meet again And lift this evil ban. No matter wherever or whenever the day Nothing would cross their way; Death nor life would shatter Their hope to find eachother. Yet generations apart, Time they could not outsmart, For the life that merely began Could never hold on to an old man. This old story is yet unfinished, Just like as they once have wished. 1992
